Ballycross Apple Farm Terms & Conditions 

By using this ticket, the holder hereof agrees to and accepts all conditions of acceptance contained herein and all event rules and standards of conduct posted in or about the venue.

 

Issue of etickets

When your booking has been confirmed your tickets will be dispatched via email to the email you specified on booking.

It is your responsibility to check prior to your purchase that the info you have supplied to us in respect of your eticket requirements is accurate.

Ballycross Apple Farm is only responsible for issuing etickets in accordance with the information you provide.

Tickets can not be changed once a booking has been completed. 

 

Ticket Purchase and Validity

  • Payments for e-tickets are non-refundable. 
  • Ballycross Apple Farm is an all-weather outdoor event. 
  • In the event of cancellation of a session due to extreme weather conditions (where there is a Met Eireann Weather Warning Status Red only), you will have the right to choose an alternative session on another date if available or a refund. 
  • Ticket holders should arrive at their allocated time slot. Late admission to your session is not guaranteed but will be offered wherever possible. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they arrive at the appropriate time for their session, extra time will not be added to the end of a session for late arrivals.

 

On arrival the following will be required in order to validate an eticket purchased through the Ballycross Apple Farm website:

1.  Appropriate proof of entitlement to any discounted ticket 

2.  A legible version of your eticket which will be scanned on entry (email or printed)

3.  Ballycross Apple Farm reserves the right to charge the normal event rate to anyone not able to validate their eticket in the above manner.

4.  For concessions/additional needs tickets, relevant ID and documentation, such as an IAA Autism ID card, or an associated membership card, GP letter or hospital consultant letter which confirms the visitor is unable to visit Ballycross Apple Farm independently without the aid of a carer needs to be presented at the entrance gate.

 

Definition of Classes

An Adult is a person aged from 16 years old. 

A Child is a person aged from 0 years old to 15 years old. Children will not be permitted entry without an adult.

Group Bookings are a minimum of 25 people. 

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of a session due to extreme weather conditions (where there is a Met Eireann Weather Warning Status Red only), you will have the right to choose an alternative session on another date if available or a refund. 

In all other cases, unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or cancellations; there is no legal right to cancel as the booking is for leisure activities to take place on a specific date as described in regulation 13 of the European Union Consumer Information (Rights) Regulations 2013 (SI 484/2013’).

 

Resale

Third party sales of Ballycross Apple Farm entry tickets is prohibited.

No eticket may be resold without written consent of Ballycross Apple Farm. If any persons attempts to enter Ballycross Apple Farm with an eticket that has been resold without Ballycross Apple Farm’s written consent, Ballycross Apple Farm may refuse entry and no compensation is payable to that person by Ballycross Apple Farm.

 

Attraction Rules

It is prohibited to take any of the following into Ballycross Apple Farm: 

  • Any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, blades, flammable liquids, portable BBQ's or other articles that cause injury.
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, bikes, scooters and other forms of personal transport.
  • Balls, frisbees, balloons or other similar items.
  • Parking is available on site. Vehicles and contents are left entirely at owners risk.
